DRIVEWAY CLEANING

We use our van mounted system to clean the surface using our turbo jet and rotary flat surface cleaner. A chemical foam is applied to eliminate stubborn organic stains and lichens. Our deep clean is very effective and leaves no lasting effects and biodegrades.
We can also re-sand and apply sealers to driveways to give them more protection from the elements. We will restore your driveway to give it a nice fresh, clean look and deal with problems like moss algae and weeds. Pressure washing your driveway or patio can add thousands of pounds of value to your home if you are getting ready to sell. If not, it’s great to have them looking fresh and bring them back to life.

A clean, well-maintained patio can transform your outdoor space.We use the same process as our driveway cleaning for patios. Black lichens reffered to as(black spots) are a common problem. It is difficult to remove them from Block Paving, York Stone and Indian Sandstone.These normally appear as black splodges and cannot be removed by pressure washing alone. We use our chemical solution containing soduim hypochlorite to get rid of black spots. We use ppe when applying it once it applied it biodegrades very quickly and it is save for pets and children.
Decking restoration
Hydra restores decking cleaning service is suitable for softwood, hardwood and composite decking. Decking can have algae build up over time turning it green and very slippery.
We use low pressure when cleaning decking otherwise high pressure will likely fray the wood. Pressure washing will get rid of the grime and algae. If there has been staining left by algae we will use chemicals such as biocide to get rid of staining and to keep on working after it as been applied.
tarmac restoration
Hydra restore use the correct techniques to clean tarmac. We will safely remove moss, lichen, algae and dirt. All our machines have adjustable pressure settings. This means that during cleaning we apply the correct amount of pressure so we do not damage the surface during cleaning process.
Any tarmac surface will dry out over time with constant exposure to sunlight and other weather conditions. Frost can also result in cracks appearing in places due to the expansion and contraction of the surface. We can repair pot-holes and cracks in tarmac using cold lay repair material and crack repair compound for tarmac surfaces.Any tarmac surface will dry out over time with constant exposure to sunlight and other weather conditions. Hydra restore can apply restorer to bring the colour back. This is a cost-effective way to deliver a brand new looking surface at a fraction of the cost. Essentially, we apply these as a two-coat process.
SOFTWASH RENDER CLEANING
Our softwash render cleaning service is available for both residential and commercial customers. Render can start to look dirty and stained. This is the result of a biofilm contamination. Biofilms are a combination of different algae, mould, bacteria, lichens, moss and organic matter that form when microorganisms adhere to a surface. They thrive in a moist environment where the porosity of the surface, its mineral composition, alkalinity and availability to retain air borne salts creates an environment favourable for them to settle, thrive and multiply. Simply painting over the top will NOT solve your problem long term. The best thing you can do is have your Render Cleaned. Having your render cleaned provides a long term solution to your discoloured render problems.
Softwashing is a gentler way to clean surfaces such as as K-Rend render and other modern acrylic and cementitious renders and roughcast. We gently remove this living biofilm to leave exterior surface deep cleaned , disinfected and santised.
We apply a specially formulated chemical to the surface which breaksdown the dirt and algae. Then we give surface a gentle softwash scrub using extendable poles lances. This process washes away any contaminents. Then we apply a biocide treatment which slowly keeping on working overtime and to stop the algae from comming back for longer. This process leaves a brand new look to your render.
CLADDING CLEANING
Hydra Restore have experiance in cleaning all types of cladding. Exterior cladding is often pvc coated steel but can be stone, timber, brick, painted, powder coated, render etc and all can be cleaned safely and effectively using our systems. We use our professional equipment including poles. We use gentle detergents and biocides depending on the type of surface to be cleaned and type of soiling. We have solutions for all sizes of jobs.
GUTTER & FACIA CLEANING
